PayPal is the online payment gateway that is used for transactions in the Konjunto online store. Payments can be made using a PayPal account, Credit Card or Debit Card. Alternatively, you may opt to pay by bank transfer. Please ask for details.

DEPOSITS FOR COMMISSIONS & BESPOKE

For work that is not available in our Ready-to-Ship online store, we request a non-returnable 50% deposit in order to initiate the work once the scope of the project has been defined and agreed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

The cost of Postage and Packing (P&P) and will be added to the price of your purchase at checkout. Postage and Packing costs are added to each item, as they will be shipped separately.

Currently, we ship to the following countries.

EU Zone 1 – P&P 30.00 Euros to Portugal.

EU Zone 2 – P&P 40.00 Euros to Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg & Spain.

EU Zone 3 – P&P 50.00 Euros to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia & Slovakia.

EU Zone 4 – P&P 175.00 Euros to Andorra, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco & Norway.

USA - P&P 225.00-300 Euros. T.B.C. by Weight and State. Please contact us.

We use the Portuguese Postal Service (CTT) for Standard Shipping to EU Zones 1, 2 & 3 and DHL for all other services and areas.

All items are shipped with a tracking number and will need to be signed for on delivery.

Delivery time will depend on the country being shipped to.

PLEASE NOTE! Customers outside of the EU economic zone may be liable to pay additional Customs Duties, Import VAT & Additional Clearance fees, over which we have no control nor can we calculate in advance. For this reason, we also cannot accept any returns from outside the EU zone.
