By purchasing any leather piece hand-crafted by Konjunto, you agree to and understand the following disclaimer.

Leather is a natural material of animal origin and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide. Changes in the colour or texture of the leather and signs of wear are normal. We embrace the quirks and anomalies of working with salvaged leather. High quality, lifelong materials that would otherwise go to waste. Therefore, small dents, dings, scratches, blemishes, labels or even writing may be found on the surfaces of our products. We will make every effort to show these on our product pages if they are on the front side of the piece. However, we cannot accept returns or refund requests due to these imperfections.

We make every effort to ensure that the product information provided is correct, and that the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings (mobile / desktop), we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered. As a result, the product can vary slightly from the pictures.

Returns Policy

We take great care and joy in creating all of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked when you buy online through www.konjunto.com. Please note that returns on our website are exclusively for purchases made on our website. If you buy from an affiliated gallery, website or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen and we are not liable to accept the return or refund request.

Personalized or custom-made products are neither returnable nor refundable.

PLEASE NOTE! Customers outside of the EU economic zone may be liable to pay additional Customs Duties, Import VAT & Additional Clearance fees, over which we have no control nor can we calculate in advance. For this reason, we also cannot accept any returns from outside the EU zone.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was shipped, containing the original packaging and any accessories (if applicable). Returns of products with signs of use or misuse as well as products altered by the customer will not be accepted. We cannot be liable for lost or damaged goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving it and all packaging in their original condition, fully covered and securely wrapped in an outer covering, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, send us an email at connect@konjunto.com and we will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the item being returned. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 to 7 working days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible after purchasing to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

All of our products are unique, individually made, one piece at a time, by hand. Therefore, we cannot offer an exchange for a different item.
